- 5:00 PM – Pick up guests from hotels
- 5:30 PM – Arrival of guests to ACRE
- 6:00 PM - Ceremony @ ACRE Grass Area
- 6:30 PM – Cocktail Reception @ ACRE Pool
- 7:30 PM - Dinner @ ACRE Mango Grove
- 12:00 AM – End of the Event
